Basically, our base is suitable for all appliances that are suitable in terms of weight and dimensions. Our customers mainly use the base as a washing machine and dryer base.

Two things are particularly important:

1. The exact dimensions of your machine, measured on the installation surface

• maximum width: 600 mm
• maximum depth: 580 mm

2. The maximum load weight (see the installation instructions or the individual product description) of the individual base must not be exceeded

If your machine is a maximum of 600 mm wide and 580 mm deep, measured on the installation surface, then it will fit in the base. Please note that the machine manufacturers often specify the maximum dimensions on the product data sheet. The actual dimensions on the installation surface can differ by several centimeters from the specified dimensions.

When using our bases with a washing machine, the use of the additional wall brackets is strongly recommended .

If you want to use a dryer , refrigerator or other appliance that does not develop dynamic forces, the wall brackets are optional .

The surrounding frame and thus also the installation surface has a width of 55 mm.

The material thickness of the base legs is 2 mm.

The construction of the base is very simple and described in detail. Since the base is completely welded, there is no need for assembly work . All you have to do is screw the included adjustable feet into the thread of the square plugs.

The welded cross braces (from 30 cm height) also have a material thickness of 2 mm.

All of our products are high-quality powder-coated in the color RAL 9016 (traffic white). The powder coating also serves as corrosion protection.

All products are manufactured in Germany. With the exception of powder coating, every step of the process is carried out in-house. The bases are also welded by hand.

We offer the bases in five different heights:

• 12 cm
• 20 cm
• 30 cm
• 40 cm
• 50 cm

The adjustable feet are made of polyamide and have a threaded bolt made of galvanized steel.

The included adjustable feet are primarily intended to compensate for unevenness. The adjustable feet ( 40 mm thread ) must be screwed into the thread at least 20 mm so that a play of 20 mm is possible.

In addition, longer adjustable feet ( 50 mm thread ) can be ordered, increasing the play from 20 to 30 mm .

To do this, you must read the individual product description or follow the installation instructions . A load capacity table is listed there.

As mentioned elsewhere, there is hardly any assembly work involved. The four included adjustable feet must be fully screwed into the threads of the square plugs.

The subsequent adjustment of the feet must not be carried out under load.

Please ensure that this is done within the 14-day cancellation period , which takes effect from the moment of receipt of the delivery.

The distance between the extendable shelf and the cross brace is approx. 290 mm .

The distance between the cross brace and the floor is approx. 75 mm when the feet are fully screwed in.

By adjusting the feet, a measurement of 95 mm can be achieved.

In addition, longer adjustable feet can be purchased, which make a measurement of 105 mm possible.
